The Bluffton Township Fire District and the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office have announced two promotions.
At the fire district, Julian "Ed" Rhodes was promoted to lieutenant. Rhodes is assigned to shift 3 as a floating officer, according to a news release.
At the Sheriff's Office, Amy Glass was promoted to sheriff's tech III, according to a news release.
