Harriet Elaine Dyches Oram, 68, of Bluffton and wife of John I. Oram, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at her residence. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Anderson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Beaufort National Cemetery.
