Boys & Girls Club Hilton Head Island grateful to Bargain Box

info@islandpacket.comFebruary 1, 2013

How grateful we are that The Bargain Box continues to thrive. To be able to return so much to the community for so long is truly a testament to the hard work of volunteers who sort, stock and sell the treasures that have made The Bargain Box a legend in the Lowcountry.

The Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head Island is fortunate to have been the recipient of a Bargain Box grant this year. This grant plays a significant role in the services we provide to the children who need us most. Equipment for our sports and technology programs, training for our staff, maintenance and improvements to our building, all have been touched by the existence of The Bargain Box.

The dollars are raised through a brilliant system of recycling donated merchandise that comes from the community, so we also thank people for continuing to support The Bargain Box.

May the ingenuity, spirit and talent that keeps The Bargain Box running continue for years to come. We love them.
