A longtime magistrate and former Beaufort County councilman will hold office hours from 1-4 p.m. Mondays at the St. Helena Island Library starting next week.

Judge Joseph Kline has been a magistrate representing the Sheldon area since 1997. Office hours can be used to ask questions about legal procedures or to pick up forms for restraining orders or small claims.
