Bluffton could get a new 4,700-square-foot convenience store with seven dual-sided fuel pumps on 1.72 acres at the northeast corner of Buck Island Road and S.C. 46.

Bluffton’s Development Review Committee is scheduled to review the plan at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Town Hall, 20 Bridge Street in Bluffton.
