Contestants from across the state competed for the titles of Miss Hilton Head Island and Miss Hilton Head Island Teen on Saturday at the Hilton Head Island High School Visual and Performing Arts Center.

In addition to crowns and sashes, winners collected scholarship money. Miss Hilton Head Island was awarded a $1,000 college scholarship courtesy of Going Law Firm, as well as in-kind prizes and scholarships. The teen winner received $250 and a free entry to the state teen pageant.
