Congressional District 1 candidate Elizabeth Moffly will speak to residents of Sun City Hilton Head at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Pinckney Hall.
Moffly is currently a Charleston School Board member. The event is sponsored by the Republicans of Sun City Hilton Head and is open to all Sun City residents. It is set to last about an hour.
