A Beaufort family of three adults and three children was displaced from its home after a fire caused heavy damage Friday night.
The Red Cross of the Lowcountry responded to the family's 4 Terra Court home and provided temporary housing at a nearby hotel, money for food and clothing, comfort kits with personal hygiene products and stuffed animals for the children.
