Beaufort County Sheriff P.J. Tanner, Solicitor Duffie Stone and state Sen. Tom Davis, R-Beaufort, will speak to the Hilton Head Island TEA Party on "truth in sentencing" at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Palmetto Electric Building on Mathews Drive.
