A traffic safety checkpoint will be from 9 to 11 p.m. Friday in the westbound lanes of S.C. 170, near the U.S. 278 interchange, according to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office.
Drivers will be asked for their driver's license, registration and proof of vehicle insurance.
