Thank you to The Bargain Box for its generous gift and support of Hope Haven of the Lowcountry.

On behalf of our director, Shauw Chin Capps, her marvelous staff and the board of directors, we send our gratitude and appreciation to The Bargain Box. This organization does so much good, helping the people of Hilton Head Island and the extended community in ways known and quietly unknown. It is awesome to be one of its beneficiaries. Unfortunately, the need for the help Hope Haven provides to abused children and adults keeps increasing each year. While advocating for the victims of sexual abuse, we also strive to turn this trend around.

The Bargain Box gift will provide critical services to the lives of child abuse victims and adult victims of sexual violence to help give them healing and new hope for a better, less fearful and more productive future.

Hope Haven is available to people affected by sexual violence. In 2012, we helped more than 1,000 victims who needed advocacy and treatment to heal physical and sexual abuse. An investment in Hope Haven is a direct investment in the lives of many in our community, bringing hope back into shattered lives.

Again, thanks to The Bargain Box and to all the people who support and have supported it during its many years of service on Hilton Head.
