If a "good guy" with a gun was trying to shoot and stop a "bad guy" with a gun, but missed and killed an innocent bystander, would the Good Samaritan Law take effect and hold harmless the "good guy" from prosecution? I recall this almost happened when U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot.
