Willie Christopher Powell Sr., 63, of Ridgeland and husband of Vernell Wiggins Powell, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013, at Coastal Carolina Hospital. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at 1508 Duke St. in Beaufort. Arrangements by Allen Funeral Home of Beaufort.
