Frances Elizabeth "Betty" DeLoach, 82, of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and mother of Pam Lemieux of Port Royal, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. today in Beaufort National Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Askew Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids.
