Email marketing expert Anissa Freeman Starnes will be the guest speaker at the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce's Business for Breakfast today at Hilton Garden Inn in Beaufort.

From 8 to 9:30 a.m., Starnes will discuss how email marketing works and suggest strategies and techniques. From 9:45 to 11:15 a.m., she will provide instruction for turning social-media sites into business tools. The cost is $10 for members and $20 for nonmembers.
