The town of Bluffton will hold its third drawing to select homeowners for the Wharf Street Redevelopment Project at 9 a.m. Thursday at Town Hall at 20 Bridge St.
The Beaufort Housing Authority will officiate.
The redevelopment project, aimed at providing affordable housing to six qualified buyers, was paid for with federal, state and town money, as well as community donations.
