TCL creates military transition training

Military members can refine skills they've gained in the armed services to suit the civilian job market at a training program at the Technical College of the Lowcountry.

The program will begin in February with a course to help those with military-aviation mechanics knowledge earn an FAA airframe and power plant license. The course also will introduce students to the aerospace industry, with a focus on manufacturing.
