The Collaborative Organization of Services for Youth -- COSY -- is holding a free training course from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Beaufort campus of University of South Carolina Beaufort.

The "Get in the Game" course will offer tips for dealing with the stress of life. It will be led by Nathanial Myers of the Williamsburg County Alcohol & Drug Department.

COSY events are free and open to the public, but registration is required.
