William Barnwell Sr., 85, of Yemassee and widower of Allene T. Barnwell, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at UniHealth Post Acute Care-Lowcountry in Estill. Viewing will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today, with a wake service from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Chapel of Young Funeral Home in Yemassee. Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday in the Jerusalem Baptist Church in Cummings, with burial in the church cemetery.
