The cash-strapped Arts Center of Coastal Carolina has hired a new marketing vice president in hopes of attracting new patrons to its shows and reaching out to groups of new patrons. Its the latest move by the center, operating in the red, to show the town of Hilton Head its doing everything it can to earn revenue.
