Alberson becomes Hudson's executive chef

Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks has hired Lloyd Alberson, a chef with more than 20 years of experience cooking at restaurants around the country, as its new executive chef.

A Butler, Ala., native, Alberson helped open several restaurants on the Gulf Shore and in Park City, Utah, at the Deer Valley Resort.

Alberson said he chose Hilton Head Island for the next chapter of his career because of the community and the thriving culinary scene.

"It is every chef's dream to work with the freshest seafood available anywhere," Alberson said in a news release.
