The room includes an iPad, top right, that will allow guests to communicate with hotel personnel to secure restaurant reservations or sign up for activities on the resort property, as well as send e-postcards to family and friends. All 50 guests cottages at Palmetto Bluff have undergone similar design and technology upgrades. On-site transportation for guests also has been upgraded, and each cottage comes with bikes fitted with custom baskets and lights for exploring the 20,000-acre property, according to a company news release.
