The Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce and the Service Corps Of Retired Executives will offer a small-business overview class in which participants will learn to develop and use business, financial and marketing plans.

The class are at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 14; Wednesday, Jan. 16; and Friday, Jan.
