James Rimmel has joined Charter One Realty on Hilton Head Island as a real estate agent. Rimmel has more than a decade of experience in residential, commercial and developmental real estate. He is also licensed to practice law in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Lancaster firm is on the move

Lancaster Real Estate Sales, a boutique real estate firm on Hilton Head Island, will move Friday to a new location in Shelter Cove Executive Park.

The firm has been at it's current location, 1032 William Hilton Parkway by the Sea Pines Circle, since 1984, said Lancaster's broker-in-charge Randy Smith.

"The move to a more centrally located and recognizable location will prove even more prudent as our neighbor, The Mall at Shelter Cove, undergoes and completes its transformation complete with waterfront condominiums, designer shops, restaurants, popular anchor stores and a national grocer," Smith said.
