Deep Well helps single mother of 3

info@islandpacket.comDecember 10, 2012

Georgia found herself in financial trouble when business at the restaurant where she worked slowed during the winter.

She had her first child as a teenager, and by the age of 20, she was the mother of three. The children's father was in jail, leaving Georgia to care for the children alone.

Her electricity was about to be turned off, and The Deep Well Project was able to pay enough of the bill to keep the lights on.

Deep Well provides a broad range of social services for poor working families, the disabled, the sick and the elderly.
