I am responding to a Nov. 30 letter about respecting our president. First of all, I would like to state that I am a retired Marine and have respected many of our presidents. I respect the office of the president of the United States, as I respected the office of my commandant when I was active duty. However, I cannot and will not respect President Barack Obama.
How can you stand up for him after what happened in Bengahzi, Libya? Four Americans gave their lives, but no one answered the call, and the Obama administration is still covering up. He is not a president and never will be because he does not have the credentials nor the background to be one. You have your opinions and I have mine, but remember when the going gets rough, the rough get going, and those who put him back in office are to blame.
