The town of Bluffton has sold the three-bedroom home at 11 Robertson St. in the Wharf Street development for $90,000, town officials said.
That's $2,000 less than the price for a smaller two-bedroom house at 12 Robertson St., which also sold last month. A third home in the $1.2 million development, which was mostly paid for using federal stimulus funding, is expected to close Dec. 18.
Appraised values for the homes range from $90,000 to $190,000, and the town's asking prices are expected to range from $60,000 to $150,000.
Town officials say 12 applicants are vying for the remaining homes in the six-unit development.
