Orn Henry Tobey, 72, of Bluffton died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at his residence. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Thursday until funeral services at 11 p.m. at Sauls Funeral Home in Bluffton, with burial at 1 p.m. in Beaufort National Cemetery. Donations may be made to Susan G.
