Bluffton Self Help helps retiree live better life

info@islandpacket.comDecember 4, 2012

Joan has worked all her life and now relies on Social Security.

Her daughter, however, was worried about her because she knows that Social Security won't pay all the bills, as well as food and clothing.

Joan told her daughter not to worry because Bluffton Self Help gives her food, and she was able to pick out two blouses at the agency.

Bluffton Self Help provides a broad range of human services for poor working families, the disabled, sick and elderly.

The Island Packet is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news.
