Local government reporting service Lowcountry InsideTrack Ltd. has hired journalist Lolita Huckaby Watson as a legislative consultant.

Watson's reporting career spans 35 years, including writing for The Beaufort Gazette, Bluffton Today and the Savannah Morning News, as well as newspapers in North Carolina. She earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina.
