Reptile display planned Saturday

Reptiles will be on display Saturday at the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge in Hardeeville.

The visitor center will be open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the reptiles on display from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Programs by local reptile enthusiasts Dave Chafin and Wasil Khan are planned for noon and 2 p.m.

Also, The Gator Hole, a nature store in the visitor center operated by the Friends of the Savannah Coastal Wildlife Refuges, will have a 20-percent off sale on all items. A book signing by local artist Sharon Lindsay also is planned.
