Lowcountry Legal Volunteers will operate at 181 Bluffton Road, Suite A103, Magnolia Village Business Park in greater Bluffton starting Monday.

The move will be celebrated with a holiday drop-in from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, an event that is open to the public.

Legal Volunteers brings free education, representation and advice to income-qualified citizens of Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton counties.
