Melissa Azallion has joined the McNair Law Firm as a shareholder and will lead its immigration practice from the firm's Hilton Head Island office.

Azallion, who has been in private practice for 15 years, focuses her statewide practice on business immigration, as well as labor and employment, according to a news release.

She frequently speaks for community and business organizations on topics including federal and state immigration compliance and is past chairman of the Lowcountry Workforce Investment Board.
