Battery Creek Jamboree: Battery Creek High School hosted five, 16-minute exhibition contests Tuesday night.

Whale Branch's girls defeated Beaufort High in the first two quarters of the night, followed by Battery Creek's girls defeating Allendale-Fairfax.

Ridgeland-Hardeeville's boys beat Hilton Head Prep in their matchup, and Whale Branch's boys finished a sweep for the Warriors against Beaufort High.

In the night's finale, Michael Julian hit a fall-away 3-pointer at the buzzer to lift Hilton Head Island High over Battery Creek's boys.

Battery Creek hosts Whale Branch in the regular-season opener Nov. 30.
