Susan and Blair “Dobbie” Green of Bluffton announce the engagement of their son, Jesse Powell of Bluffton, to Bonnie Zolenas of Bluffton. The bride-elect is the daughter of Deborah and Joseph Zolenas of Baltimore. She graduated from the University of South Carolina Beaufort with a degree in hospitality management. She currently is the programs coordinator for the University of South Carolina Beaufort. The groom-elect is the son of David Powell of Lake City, Fla. He is pursuing a degree in psychology following undergraduate education at the College of Charleston. He is currently a medical office assistant at Affordable Health Care in Bluffton.
