For the past 18 years, the very talented and generous ladies of the Hilton Head Plantation Craft Group have been sewing, knitting, creating and designing beautiful unique crafts to sell at their spring and fall shows.

All of their time and efforts benefit Hospice Care of the Lowcountry. These artistic women are passionate and have remained devoted to the mission of this community's only independent, nonprofit, Medicare-certified hospice.

Donations such as these allow us to continue the diverse patient care programs we offer to our patients and families faced with terminal illness.
