The 14th Judicial Circuit and Solicitor Duffie Stone received the S.C. National Safety Council's Leadership Award for its youth safe-driving program.

Alive at 25 is an early intervention course for those ages 16 to 24. It is aimed at preventing traffic violations, wrecks and fatalities and is required for young people who have been charged with traffic offenses or who are in diversion programs for alcohol violations and other misdemeanors.
