Bluffton moves up to No. 4 in Prep Media Poll

Bluffton High School moved up a sport this week to No. 4 in the S.C. Prep Football Media Poll, conducted by The (Columbia) State.

The 10-0 Bobcats routed Colleton County 63-12 on Friday night.

Hartsville (10-0), Silver Bluff (9-1) and Christ Church (10-0) are the top-ranked teams in Class 3-A, Class 2-A and Class 1-A, respectively.

Class 4A: 1. Goose Creek (10-0); 2. Greenwood (10-0); 3. Byrnes (9-1); 4. Bluffton (10-0); 5. South Pointe (9-1); 6. Northwestern (9-2); 7. Wando (9-1); 8. Stratford (9-1); 9. York (8-2); 10. Dorman (7-3).

Class 3-A: 1. Hartsville (10-0); 2. Socastee (10-0); 3. Daniel (8-2); 4. Strom Thurmond (9-1); 5. Myrtle Beach (9-1); 6. Hanahan (9-1); 7. Swansea (9-1); 8. AC Flora (9-1); 9. Blue Ridge (9-1); 10. Greer (8-2).

Class 2-A: 1. Silver Bluff (9-1); 2. Dillon (10-1); 3. Bishop England (9-1); 4. Timberland (9-1); 5. Chesnee (9-1); 6. Abbeville (9-2); 7. Bamberg Ehrhardt (9-1); 8. Central (8-2); 9. Fairfield Central (8-2); 10. Woodland (8-2)
