If Barack Obama is re-elected, the United States of America as a free democratic republic will be dead. He pledged to transform America and has already done so through thousand-page bills that give the power to enforce them to the executive branch of government. Obama has made Congress irrelevant, and if he is re-elected ,it will be impossible to correct this unconstitutional transfer of power.

Obamacare includes 2,500 references to the secretary of Health and Human Services; 700 instruct her to do something; 200 give her sole discretion in taking regulatory action.

The Dodd-Frank Financial Reform Act confers unlimited powers to agencies to control by fiat the nation's financial, bank and investment sector, with no Congressional oversight.

The Environmental Protection Agency and the Energy and Interior departments can modify and change laws without approval by Congress.

Obama ignores laws he doesn't like. We, the people, must save the union.
