Fred Warren has joined the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce as vice president of membership.

Warren formerly worked for The New York Times Co.'s sports leisure division and Conde Nast. Locally, Warren has held sales and marketing positions with The Sea Pines Co. and Links magazine.

He will manage all aspects of membership sales and service and oversee the chamber's Small Business Council and Business Education Partnership Committee.
