BATTERY CREEK HIGH SCHOOL

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • The Anime Club has elected the following officers: co-presidents, Daniel Savage and Ben King; vice president, Marissa Lynn; secretary, Francis Godkin; and treasurer, Brandon Sims.

  • EVENTS

  • Homecoming is Oct. 26. The football game will start at 7:30 p.m.

  • BEAUFORT ACADEMY

    EVENTS

  • The 11th grade will have a fundraiser bake sale at all lunches Wednesday.

  • Eagles Eat Out at Plums is 6-9 p.m. Thursday. During that time, Plums will donate 10 percent of proceeds to Beaufort Academy.

  • BEAUFORT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

    EVENTS

  • The school will host a free family movie night at 6 p.m. Friday. Two newly released kids movies will be shown at the same time. Pizza, popcorn and drinks will be sold, and there will be giveaways of the movies shown. Details: 843-322-2600

    EVENTS

  • A free workshop for parents of special education children is scheduled for next week. The workshop will help parents begin planning for their students' transitional needs.   • GOVERNOR'S SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS

  • The school will host its annual Open Doors event Nov. 3. Students and families from across the state can visit the campus in Greenville to meet faculty and students, explore the campus and learn more about life at the school. Reservations required.   • HARDEEVILLE-RIDGELAND MIDDLE SCHOOL

    EVENTS

  • The school will have a Fall Festival 4-7 p.m. Oct. 25. Events include a sack race, cake walk, musical chairs, face painting and arts and crafts. Food will be served. Tickets are 50 cents, and everyone is invited.

  • ST. PETER CATHOLIC SCHOOL
