Sandstone Catering, run by chef Aram Haroutunian, has merged with Celebrations Catering & Events, owned by the Lowrey Group.

"We are two well-established catering companies, and it was perfect timing for both companies to combine strengths, and the results have been nothing short of outstanding," Haroutunian said in a news release.

The company can provide services ranging from "an intimate family dinner party to multiple events taking place in one day -- and events for 2,000 plus in one of our own facilities."

The company's private-event facility, Windows on the Waterway, is at Skull Creek Marina on Hilton Head Island, along with the Lowrey Group's Gallery at Old Fort Pub, which has received AAA's Four Diamond rating.

The company's collaborative team now includes chef Keith Josefiak of Old Fort Pub, chef Yuri Gow of CQ's and chef Andy Borgmeier of Celebrations Catering & Events.
