A flag painting created on-stage during the Lt. Dan Band concert Sept. 15 and sold to Cat Island resident Paul Fuetterer for $15,000 will be presented Monday, Columbus Day, by Elvis impersonator Capt. John Woodall.

Proceeds from the painting will go to the Independence Fund to help severely wounded veterans. It was painted by Scott LoBaido and signed by him and actor Gary Sinise.

The presentation will be at 11 a.m. at the pavilion in Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in Beaufort.
