Jackson Chaplin

Roxanne Williams and Jay Chaplin Jr. of Ridgeland announce the birth of a son, Jackson Tucker Chaplin, at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 20 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches.

He has two brothers, Anthony, 7, and Kelan, 5.

Maternal grandparents are Kathy and Lloyd Clements of Ridgeland.

Paternal grandparents are Debbie and Jay Chaplin of St. Helena Island.

Amelia Leslie

Willyshia and Troy Leslie of Bluffton announce the birth of a daughter, Amelia Trinity Leslie, at 2:07 a.m. Sept. 18 at Hilton Head Hospital.

The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

She has a brother, Tavis, 6, and a sister, Kayden, 8.

Maternal grandparents are Lisa Willis and William H. Wright of Ridgeland. Paternal grandparents are Viola Haughton and Paul Leslie of Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Parker Mitchell

Abby and Patrick Mitchell of Beaufort announce the birth of a son, Parker Gates Mitchell, at 1:32 p.m. Sept. 21 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 21 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Becky and Ted Keister of Beaufort.

Paternal grandparents are Marjorie and Red Mitchell of Lady's Island.

Lamaj Rouzard

Donna and Joshua Rouzard of Beaufort announce the birth of a son, Lamaj Ethan Rouzard, at 2:28 p.m. Aug. 27 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 19 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Hilda and Gerald Norris of Beaufort and the late Henry Smalls.

Paternal grandparents are Ramcess Rouzard of Immokalee, Fla., and the late Caroline Washington.

Clara Vaughn

Corenza and Justin Vaughn of Beaufort announce the birth of a daughter, Clara Elizabeth Vaughn, at 12:45 p.m. Aug. 20 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 8 pounds and measured 19 3/4 inches.

She has a sister, Annabelle, 6.

Maternal grandmother is Charlene Passanite of Beaufort.

Paternal grandparents are Tammy and Joe Fuqua of Carlsbad, N.M.
