Cindy's Pet Shop in Beaufort was cited Tuesday for animal neglect of a pig, rats, rabbits and a goat. Beaufort County Sheriff’s Officer J. Reeves wrote in her report they've had problems with the business for "over three years" in terms of keeping more animals than the owner can take care of and failing to provide the ones she has with clean cages and fresh water.
