The Heritage Classic Foundation has elected Ray Angell of Hilton Head Island and Cary Kelley of Beaufort to its board, which oversees the operations and charitable giving of the PGA Tour's RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing.

Angell has volunteered as a Heritage marshal, and six years ago, was named general chairman and is responsible for all 1,200 tournament volunteers.

Kelley has served as the executive vice president for Community Services Associates Inc. in Sea Pines since 2000.

Angell and Kelley replace Sea Pines security chief George Breed, whose term expires, and former Hilton Head Mayor Tom Peeples, who becomes an honorary trustee.

The Heritage will be April 15-21 at Harbour Town Golf Links.
