A Bluffton family of three couldn't return home Tuesday night after a fire burned their house, according to a news release from the American Red Cross.
The fire started at about 6:30 p.m. on Haigler Boulevard and rendered the home uninhabitable, according to a Red Cross spokeswoman.
The agency provided the home's residents -- an adult and two children -- with a place to stay, food and other assistance, the spokeswoman said.
No injuries were reported.
