A lottery will be at 10 a.m. today at Bluffton Town Hall for a "qualified applicant" interested in buying a home in the Wharf Street affordable-housing development.

Two of the six homes already are spoken for after a lottery in August. That leaves four homes for the latest applicant to choose from. The lotteries are required before applications can be completed and the homes can be sold.

None of the homes in the $1.2 million affordable-housing project in Old Town has been sold yet. The town expects to close the first sale within two months.
