Harmanis joins Keller Williams

Kim Harmanis has joined Keller Williams Realty on Hilton Head Island. She is also with Keller Williams in the Columbus, Ohio area.

Harmanis has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Cedarville University. She earned her real estate license in 2006 and is a full-time agent. She hopes to help friends and clients in Ohio buy second homes or relocate to Hilton Head.

RE/MAX adds 4 to team

RE/MAX Island Realty has added four agents.

Realtor Liz Gillespie will be working from the company's Hilton Head Island and Sun City Hilton Head offices. She has lived in the Lowcountry for more than 15 years and has been involved in community development for Sun City.

She has been in real estate for eight years.

Lea Allen, broker associate to RE/MAX Island Realty's Hilton Head office, has returned to the company. She has been in real estate related fields in the Hilton Head area since 1985, in land planning, marketing, consulting, sales and training. Allen is an accredited buyer's representative.

Kathy and Bob Michatek will work out of the Sun City office. Kathy Michatek has 20 years of real estate experience and specializes in the Sun City Hilton Head/Riverbend area. Prior to going into real estate, she was a certified interior designer.

Realtor Bob Michatek started his career in real estate as an assistant with his wife and selling real estate while he was a product manager at Xerox. In addition to his engineering background, he has an MBA and teaches computer systems at the University of South Carolina Beaufort.

The Michateks moved to the Lowcountry in 2003.
