Deo'vonte Doe carried the ball 28 times for 221 yards and a touchdown to lead the Jaguars (2-2, 1-1), who opened region play with a victory, their second straight.

"It was a good region win. We didn't have a great week of preparation," Ridgeland-Hardeeville coach Blake Raley said, "but the guys fought hard. We felt like we left some points on the field, so we have to do a better job with the mental aspect and we have to do a better job of tackling this week. Battery Creek is a huge task for us."

Michale Horton rushed for two touchdowns, while quarterback Derrell Myers ran for a score and threw for a score to Gavin Bush.
